All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Bend, Oregon. We use USPS for all domestic shipments.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Because every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
